1. K1rob is the trading name of K1rob Limited

2. The agreed introduction by K1rob of a candidate to the client shall be deemed acceptance by the client of K1rob’s Terms and Conditions of Business.

3.No placement fee is payable until the client or an associate firm or corporation engage a candidate introduced by K1rob and that candidate subsequently takes up employment or contract.

4. A fee is payable in respect of every person introduced by K1rob who subsequently take employment or contract with the client or associate firm or corporation now or at any time within the next 12 months
5. Clients are responsible for satisfying themselves as to candidate references,
6. qualifications and creditworthiness, and K1rob can give no warranties in this regard.
7. Where an engagement giving rise to a fee under clause 3 is made by an associate firm or corporation K1rob. K1rob will consider the client to whom the introduction is made responsible for payment of the fee

7.The fee is charged as a percentage of the total package annual remuneration which shall, for this purpose, include weighting and other taxable emoluments. This will be the charge unless otherwise agreed prior to the introduction of a candidate. See 10.

8. All expenditure incurred under an agreed Advertising and Expenses Budget is to be settled upon submission of invoice.

9.The fee becomes payable when a successful candidate commences employment or contract and will be invoiced accordingly. Accounts are payable within 7 days of invoice date.

10. Terms 25 % of SALARY.

The fee is charged as a percentage of the offered annual remuneration.

12.The service offered by K1rob is confidential to both client and candidate and our undertaking is given that no approach will be made to the present or previous employer without express consent
